A zesty and refreshing herbal tea. Serve it on the rocks, garnished with fresh herbs.
- 8 cups water, divided
- 6 lemon verbena tea bags
- small bunch of fresh lemon thyme
- small bunch fresh pineapple sage
- honey, to taste
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, pour over tea bags and herbs in a large container. Stir in honey. Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Add remaining water and chill.
Serve over ice, garnished with fresh sprigs of lemon thyme and pineapple sage.
