Lemon-Pineapple Cooler

A zesty and refreshing herbal tea. Serve it on the rocks, garnished with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

8 cups water, divided
6 lemon verbena tea bags
small bunch of fresh lemon thyme
small bunch fresh pineapple sage
honey, to taste

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, pour over tea bags and herbs in a large container. Stir in honey. Let steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Add remaining water and chill.

Serve over ice, garnished with fresh sprigs of lemon thyme and pineapple sage.
