Lemon Tahini Dressing
This creamy dressing is great over cooked veggies or salads. Make a double batch and store it in the fridge. It'll keep for three days.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sesame tahini
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
