- 1 ounce dried oat straw
- 1/2 ounce dried calendula flower
- 1/2 ounce dried echinacea root
- 1 ounce of lemon balm, nettles or rose petals for taste
- 1 pint water, just off the boil

Mix dry herbs. Steep 1 ounce of mixture in water.
