Peas Pulao & Rice For Digestion & Congestion

Yogi Cameron administers nasal cleansing treatments, as well as sunset meditation, yoga, and snorting salt water from the Pacific. But the hardest challenge will be changing her socialite lifestyle, which means no more alcohol.

Ingredients

2 - 3 pinches of rock salt
2 pinches of pepper
1 - 2 pinches of turmeric (anti inflammatory and good for digestion)
1 -2 sticks of cinnamon
1 tsp. ghee (good for digestion and adds lubrication to body)
1 pinch of cumin (good for digestion and hot in property)
1 ½ cups of water
¾ cup whole basmati rice
Handful of fresh peas removed from their pods (blood cleansers)

On medium heat add ghee to a small pot. Once ghee has melted add cumin. Once the cumin is toasted add water and rice. While water is preparing to boil add salt, turmeric, pepper and cinnamon. Bring to boil and then cover with a lid and let simmer for 5-7 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Bon apetit!
