Calming Daytime Tea
Don't wait till after dark to begin the war on insomnia. Sip this calming tea twice daily to be able to sleep when it's time to go to sleep.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce dried chamomile
- 1 ounce dried skullcap (an herb in the mint family; available in natural foods stores and online)
- 2 ounces dried lemon balm or 4 ounces fresh lemon balm
- 1 pint boiling water

Mix herbs, add to water, cover and steep for 15 minutes.
Drink 1 cup mid-morning, and 1 cup mid-afternoon.
