This lovely mix of scents is sure to make your shivasana or meditation even deeper and more relaxing.

Ingredients

5 drops sandalwood essential oil
5 drops myrrh essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
10ml apricot kernel oil

Put all ingredients into glass dropper top bottle. Gently roll or agitate.

Put a couple of drops on hands, rub together and inhale.
