Sore Muscle Bath Soak

This simple, inexpensive and best of all, all-natural, body soak will take your stresses away as it soothes sore muscles. Sink in and pamper yourself.

Ingredients

2 cups baking soda
1/2 cup epsom salt
1/2 cup sea salt
5 drops lavender oil
5 drops peppermint oil

Preparation

Combine ingredients in measuring cup or bowl.

Pour mixture under warm running water as you fill your bathtub.
