Sautéed Leeks and Carrots
Leeks have a mild, slightly oniony taste and when sautéed are a tender treat. This side dish goes well with all sorts of main courses.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch leeks, cut on thin diagonals
- 2 carrots, cut on thin diagonals
- A pinch of sea salt

Sauté leeks in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on a medium high heat.
Add the carrots to the pan with a pinch of sea salt.
Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.
