Sore Muscle Rub
Arnica is great for sore muscles and you can take it internally too (in the form of homeopathic pellets available in vitamin shops).

Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce arnica oil
- 1/2 ounce vitamin E oil
- 20 drops helichrysm/everlasting essential oil (same oil different names)
- 20 drops eucalyptus citriodora essential oil
- 15 drops juniper oil
- 15 drops rosemary
- 5 ounces avocado oil

Roll to mix ingredients, don't shake.
Rub on any sore muscles as needed.
