Sweet Corn and Red Pepper sauté

A festive sauté of sweet corn and red pepper gets an added kick from jalapeño and cilantro.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
2 ears of fresh corn kernels
1 red pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
Pinch of sea salt

Place butter and corn in a pan. Sauté 3-5 minutes.
Add peppers, cilantro and sea salt. Cook 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
