Herbed Turkey Gravy
This thick, buttery turkey gravy is seasoned with fresh sage, rosemary and thyme.

1 cup turkey stock
1/2 teaspoon fresh sage, minced
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
