White Tea Smoothie
This smoothie makes a nutritious meal in a glass. Keep a stash of bananas in the freezer so you'll always be prepared when you need to fix breakfast on the run.

- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup brewed white tea
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 frozen banana
