Wintergreen Anti-Inflammatory Rub

Soothe sore muscles with this herbal blend that will leave you feeling icy hot.

Ingredients

3 ounces arnica (an herb with anti-inflammatory properties; available at natural products stores and online)
1 ounce wintergreen leaves or fruit (available at natural products stores and online)
24 ounces vegetable oil
8 ounces castor oil
8 ounces sesame oil
1 teaspoon helichrysum essential oil (an herb that reduces inflammation and speeds healing; available at natural products stores and online)

In a large pot, combine all ingredients except helichrysum. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.

Whisk in helichrysum.
