Ingredients
- 3 ounces arnica (an herb with anti-inflammatory properties; available at natural products stores and online)
- 1 ounce wintergreen leaves or fruit (available at natural products stores and online)
- 24 ounces vegetable oil
- 8 ounces castor oil
- 8 ounces sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon helichrysum essential oil (an herb that reduces inflammation and speeds healing; available at natural products stores and online)

In a large pot, combine all ingredients except helichrysum. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
Whisk in helichrysum.
Store in a dark container.
Rub into affected area for 5 minutes, until it feels tingly and icy hot.
