About Health Soup

Veria Living’s “Health Soup” is a funny and quirky original web series that not only inspires our viewers to live healthier lives, but also proves that laughter is indeed the best medicine.

In “Veria on the Street” comedian David Price hits the streets of New York to give pedestrians outrageous health and wellness quizzes, from striking unexpected yoga poses to playing a silly game of healthy Pictionary.

The fitness-challenged Price gets his “health-on” in “Wellness Virgin” by tackling unconventional types of wellness, from Bellydancing to Aqua Cycling to the ancient art of acupuncture.

Need to Know” and “Well Aware” features lifestyle reporter Ereka Vetrini and contributing hosts digging deep into the latest health and wellness crazes, from trying out a Sleeping Pod to finding out Natural Cures for Headaches.

In “United States of Yoga” yoga coach for the New York Giants Gwen Lawrence and other guest hosts provide an intimate look at every kind of yoga class known to man, from Aerial Silks to Equine Yoga to Kundalini.

David Price

David Price

David Z Price is a writer, actor, host and comedian. He was born in Columbus, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University. After 5 plus years OSU agreed to give him a B.A. in Theatre… learning is hard. David studied and performed improv comedy at the UCB Theatre, in New York City, where he made up stuff on the spot in hopes of making people laugh.  You may have seen him, but he doubts it, making jokes on MTV’s ‘It’s On with Alexa Chung,’ taking his clothes off on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,’ or on the internet hosting such shows as Waywire.com’s ‘The Five,’ or Black20.com’s ‘The Middle Show.’ He tries to stay in shape by playing basketball, participating in triathlons and not eating more then 3 large pizzas a week. David currently lives in New York City with his wife and two children… and he hates writing ‘bios.’
