Bob Reed has been a professional actor for more than 25 years. Classically trained, Bob has been performing on the stage since he was 7. From Shakespeare to Arthur Miller to George Bernard Shaw, Bob's roles on the stage are numerous and varied.
His love of singing and dancing has led him to appear in many musical productions including "South Pacific," "My Fair Lady," "Brigadoon," "West Side Story," "Man of LaMancha" and many others. Since 1981, Bob has appeared in nearly 100 television and radio commercials and in numerous corporate and industrial films.
Some of his TV and film credits include the miniseries "North and South," Robert Altman's film "Streamers," "Walker Texas Ranger," and the award-winning PBS children's television series "Wishbone." Bob also co-starred with Sandy Duncan in the very first "Barney" children's video.
Bob is an avid golfer and carries a seven handicap. He currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with his two dogs, Pete and Tuck.
