It’s no wonder that there’s a chai vendor on every street corner in India. Not only is it spicy and delicious, but every ingredient in it plays a role in improving your health.
3/4 cup boiling water
6 tablespoons chai blend
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups whole milk
Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 5 minutes. Strain leaves and pour tea into saucepan on medium heat. Add cocoa and sugar, stir till dissolved. Add milk and heat through.
Pour into cups, top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
