The good thing about this cocoa cereal is that its ingredients work together to stimulates insulin levels, keep blood sugar levels under control. The great thing is how tasty the chocolate almond milk, cocoa powder, chocolate Stevia, and roasted carob make your buckwheat and puffed rice. This recipe is easy to make, but requires overnight soaking for the buckwheat and eight hours in a dehydrator, so it's a perfect slumber party project. Tip: You can use any kind of milk you like, including soy.
