Fire Cider for Winter Health

Hosted by Amanda McQuade

Amanda McQuade
Prepare this herbalist Amanda Crawford's fire cider every fall to help you ward off colds and flu's through the winter months.   It's packed with ingredients that stimulate circulation, fight viruses and boost lymphatic flow.   Just pour vinegar over red onion, horseradish, garlic, ginger root, burdock root, and schisandra berries, and add honey. After a month, you'll have a potent, tasty cider that you should take right when you first feel a sickness coming on. Try a dosage of about one tablespoon every ten to twenty minutes until you've had enough, and keep taking it until you're back up to speed.
