Buckwheat is a grain that contains all eight essential amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Tahini is rich in thiamine, vitamin E, calcium and cancer-fighting lignans. Kelly mixes them with carob, Omega 3 eggs, natural sugar substitutes, and finally Kelly's secret ingredient: black beans. She sweetens them with agave, stevia and coconut date rolls, and after baking, adds half a cup of brazil nuts for extra crunch. The result is a delicious dessert that is good for your waistline and your lifeline. Tip: Carob tastes even more chocolaty when it's roasted.
