First the crust: raw buckwheat meal, almond flour, and holds it together with a mix of apricots and figs. Then, while the dough dehydrates, she blends stevia, cinnamon, pitted cherries, almonds, to make the cherry filling. The final step? A garnish of raw cacao, chocolate in its natural form.
