Endurance sports require a unique combination of strength, endurance, commitment and focus. To help endurance athletes be their best, Noelle recommends a stability blend of super-potent essential oils, including geranium (which actually has constituents that help tonify and bring equilibrium to the nervous system), and peppermint (which acts as a digestive and helps you stay balanced). Instead of carrier oil, she suggests using aloe gel. Take it out on your rides or runs, and whenever you need a boost, just dab it under your nose, on your temples, or on the sides of your neck.
