First he heads to the streets of Florence, taking in the sights of civilization before heading out to the country for traditional olive oil pressing, a scenic truffle hunt, and a tour of an ancient flour mill. Nathan caps it off as guest at an archeological arboretum, where people are striving to preserve a wide array of ancient plant species.
