Keeping Your Pet Cool

Hosted by Amy Rosenthal

Amy Rosenthal
Pets are as affected by the heat as we are. During a hot summer day, it's critically important to keep your pet as cool and comfortable as you can. Dogs and cats don't sweat. Instead, they release heat through their mouths and the pads of the feet. So just because your pet isn't covered in sweat, it doesn't mean it's not feeling the heat.
