Lemon Coriander Asparagus
In Egypt, coriander was popular because of its reputed power as an aphrodisiac. But it has also been used as a digestive aid and diuretic in several folk medicinal traditions. Ancient Persians even used it to relieve anxiety and insomnia. Aromatherapist Noelle Katai adds a few drops of coriander to olive oil to make a perfect dressing for grilled asparagus. She drizzles the dressing over the asparagus before grilling, along with lemon zest, rosemary, salt and pepper.
