Recipe: Mango Mama Baby Cereal
Mango is so rich in phytochemicals and nutrients that it's classified as a superfruit a perfect food for you and your baby! Before you puree your cubed mangos, add some organic lemon juice to bring out the flavor. For the cereal, add half a cup of unsweetened apple juice and baby-safe agave to buckwheat groats. This puree is rich in prebiotic dietary fiber and Vitamin C, and both you and your baby will love the taste. Tip: Always substitute agave for honey when you are preparing baby food it's safer than honey, which isn't pasteurized.
