Morning Sickness

Hosted by Noelle Katai

Whoever first called it “morning sickness” must have had a twisted sense of humor. Pregnant women know: Morning sickness can hit any time of day or night. To help fight those chronic bursts of nausea and queasiness that attack without warning during the first trimester, Noelle recommends carrying around a small bottle of her inhalation blend – a mix of lavender (for relaxing and balancing out your system), and peppermint, which is a digestive and can help settle your stomach. Last but not least, she adds ginger for warmth and more help with digestion.
