Dairy-Free Fudgesicles

Peggy shows you how to make chocolate-y, creamy fudgesicles that have no gluten, dairy, wheat or nuts!


1 very ripe avocado
1 3/4 cups vanilla coconut milk
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt


Scoop out avocado into a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. 

Pour filling into popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then insert popsicle stick and continue freezing overnight (or at least 3 hours).
