At the turn of the century, Â Â there were thousands of varieties of the fruits and vegetables we eat each and every day. With the advent of industrialized, profit-driven farming, the variety has diminished significantly. On a special apple orchard in the Umbrian hills, Isabella Ragione and her family are dedicated to restoring that variety by seeking out and recovering rare fruit trees.
