Sore Muscle Rub

  • Arnica is great for sore muscles and you can take it internally too (in the form of homeopathic pellets available in vitamin shops).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce arnica oil

    1/2 ounce vitamin E oil

    20 drops helichrysm/everlasting essential oil (same oil different names)

    20 drops eucalyptus citriodora essential oil

    15 drops juniper oil

    15 drops rosemary

    5 ounces avocado oil

Preparation

  • Roll to mix ingredients, don't shake.

    Rub on any sore muscles as needed.
