Physiotherapy Workout: Palm and Finger Stretches

Just like any other part of your body, your hands need daily workouts to stay in shape. You can practice this hand exercise anytime and anywhere, whenever you have a free moment.
- Place your hands flat on a table or flat surface with the palm facing downwards.
- Moving from the wrist, lift your fingers off the table, Relax and repeat.
- Keeping your palm on the table, lift and lower, one finger at a time.
- Relax and repeat.
- Drum your fingers on the table, lifting each finger in turn. Repeat.
