Banish the SAD(ness): A Take A Colorful Walk

Fire yourself up with a brisk walk each day. Walk until you feel your body heating from the inside. Take special note of the bright and vibrant colors around you. If you want, add headphones and turn up some upbeat music. The goal of this walk is to feel a surge of energy. It should not replace your exercise program. Your body type does require that you get your heart rate up for a minimum of 15-20 minutes each day.
